Yanchep Central Grand Opening with Premier Colin Barnett
November 22nd, Yanchep Beach Estates Pty Ltd and Yanchep Beach Joint Venture hosted the Grand Opening of the Yanchep Central shopping centre with West Australian Premier, Colin Barnett, City of Wanneroo Mayor, Tracey Roberts, Chairman Koon San Ang of Yanchep Beach Estates Pty Ltd, President of Tokyu Corporation, Mr Hirofumi Nomoto, YBJV CEO, Gin Wah Ang and ECU representatives along with 300 VIP guests.
"This is an important milestone for the Yanchep community and residents and we look forward to building a 150,000 people, fully, clean, green and sustainable city right here in Yanchep, said CEO Gin Wah Ang."
